As we grow our portfolio, we’re seeking a reliable and proactive Airbnb Co-Host to help deliver 5-star guest experiences. Job Description: We’re looking for a detail-oriented and guest-focused Airbnb Co-Host to help manage day-to-day hosting responsibilities. You’ll act as a liaison between us and our guests, ensuring seamless check-ins, clean properties, and responsive communication. Responsibilities:
- Communicate promptly with guests before, during, and after stays
- Coordinate and inspect cleanings and turnovers
- Manage restocking of essential supplies
- Handle check-in/check-out processes (remote or in-person as needed)
- Report and follow up on maintenance issues
- Monitor guest reviews and suggest improvements
- Support calendar and pricing management (optional/advanced)
Requirements:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Reliable transportation and smartphone
- Prior experience with Airbnb, STRs, or hospitality preferred
