It is imperative that this person be able to respond to text messages immediately and professionally with thoughtful, grammatically correct answers and reputed company spelling errors. The in-person work hours are somewhat flexible, running errands, inspecting units and coordinating with our cleaners and maintenance team. We can train the right person, but smart, hard working, detail oriented, positive, trustworthy and honest are key traits at our company.
