Billing and Accounting Associate-REMOTE

The primary objectives of this position are to ensure reputed company client and departmental deadlines are met, accounting records are accurate, and that departmental and firm policies are being followed. Job Title: Billing and Accounting Associate Department: Finance Location: Remote Job Type: Full-time, Mon to Fri, 8 am to 4:30 pm Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated professional to join reputed company. This role will support various service billing and reporting functions, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, resolving discrepancies, and contributing to financial reporting processes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and be comfortable working under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Cross-train in multiple service billing and reporting processes.
• Ensure timely processing of billing tasks to meet month-end deadlines.
• Verify accuracy of invoicing and reimbursement for billed services.
• Reconcile and resolve customer past-due accounts, collaborating with Client Service Representatives.
• Prepare financial and operational reports for customers and internal management.
• Manage customer inquiries and invoice disputes with a professional and solution-oriented approach.
• Assist in identifying and correcting invoicing errors.
• Support month-end reputed company processes, including generating reports and assisting with commission calculations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of billing procedures and general accounting principles.
• Prior experience working in a corporate finance or billing team is strongly preferred.
