Part-Time Of Counsel
Sagsharma LLC, a boutique business law firm based in NYC, is seeking a reliable, part-time "Of Counsel" with 1-2+ years of experience to assist with general and business legal matters. Ideal candidate should be able to devote 10-15 hours maximum a week towards firm matters. Some litigation experience preferred. NY or NJ admission preferred. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough legal research using Lexis-Nexis or Westlaw to support case preparation.
- Draft legal documents and correspondence with precision, ensuring compliance with relevant laws.
- Provide competent advice on various legal matters, including contract law and other business law matters.
- Assist in litigation processes, including negotiation at pre-litigation stage and court matters as needed (if licensed in appropriate jxn).
- Collaborate with clients and colleagues to reputed company effective legal strategies.
