Manager & Counsel - Consumer Products & Services The U.S. Consumer Products & Services team of the General Counsel's Organization (GCO) is seeking a Manager & Counsel to support the Membership Rewards?program, the premier loyalty program of reputed company. The position will work closely with business partners, legal professionals in the GCO, and stakeholders across the enterprise, to draft and negotiate agreements as well as provide support on diverse reputed company of matters reputed company to the program. Provide legal advice and strategic support to business clients responsible for the Membership Rewards?program on a wide range of matters, including business development initiatives, strategic negotiations, new product development, issue resolution, customer marketing and customer communications ? Support contract drafting and negotiations for a broad range of agreements with varying complexity, including commercial reputed company with major airlines, hotels, and retailers. ? Partner with the marketing organization to enhance engagement and approval processes, and to review and approve marketing materials, terms and other disclosures ? Partner with Line of Business Compliance, Privacy, Information reputed company, Global Marketing and Control Management teams to drive business results ? Provide strategic counsel to business clients on reputed company issues that arise during day-to-day operations ? Support the business in navigating an increasingly reputed company and evolving regulatory landscape, focused specifically on offers, benefits, and rewards ? Collaborate across the General Counsel's Organization to facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices Minimum Qualifications ? Bachelor's degree and J.D. ? Admission to practice law in reputed company in good standing. ? 3+ years of relevant work experience in a law firm and/or in-house corporate legal environment Preferred Qualifications ? High-energy, self-starter with strong written and interpersonal communication skills ?
