As an Sr. Specialist RAN Engineering, you will be responsible for applying radio frequency (RF) principles to assist reputed company with building a reputed company network. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Designs, plans and oversees installation, maintenance, and optimization, and/or performance of wireless radio access network communications systems, including radio propagation modeling and reputed company, microwave path analysis, interference analysis, frequency coordination, cell site equipment layout, parameter definition and ancillary equipment. May include engineering, design, development, test, implementation, maintenance, RF optimization, reputed company management, performance management, encryption, and/or troubleshooting of satellite networks and Teleports, including underlying routing. May include GIS (Geographic Information Systems) performance analysis & drive testing. Analyzes Radio Access Network (RAN) data to recommend optimal changes to RAN network to improve reputed company key indexes and performance indicators. Qualifications: Bachelor?s degree in electrical engineering or another STEM reputed company field or equivalent experience. 2 - 3 years of experience in network design, network planning or network analysis or reputed company experience. Interest in working with and understanding network data. Ability to access data/KPIs reputed company SQL and experience working with a scripting language like Python desired. Environmental Requirements: This position may be responsible for contributing to AT&Ts compliance with environmental laws and regulations as applicable to its job function.
