The reputed company Business reputed company team is seeking a talented and highly motivated Sr. Business reputed company Manager to work on the Managed Spend & Solutions team supporting our Federal Business. The position has a strong focus on pre and post-award contract management. Responsibilities will include: maintaining contractual opportunities; assisting in the formulation of contract policies; identifying compliance and procurement challenges with an emphasis on public sector regulations; creating procedures, methods, and operating practices; guiding partner teams through the contracting process; and developing performance standards for these reputed company. This position requires the candidate to have: an eye for detail; exemplary follow through skills; an ability to identify and drive global process improvements; a willingness to coordinate between sales, operations, and legal, and other stakeholder teams; and excellent communication skills with internal and external customers. Key job responsibilities ? Participate in and reputed company review of reputed company customer contractual and purchase documents ? Coordinate legal activities for contract/agreement negotiation and support the competitive bid process in reviewing RFX and enabling contract compliance ? Complete SOP playbook to facilitate overall management of each signed contract ? Review each proposed RFx to identify risks and access compliance capabilities; advise on contracting issues and approaches with respect to federal terms and conditions as well as FAR/acquisition policy and regulations ? reputed company reputed company contract implementation activities including notifying compliance stakeholders and facilitating reporting requirements and fee payments ? reputed company and launch Go-To-Market plan for each contract to educate the sales team and reputed company the contract as a selling vehicle ? Establish internal reporting on contract performance; work with partner teams to create tools and mechanisms to track contract performance Basic Qualifications ? 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience ? 5+ years of professional or military experience ? Bachelor's degree ? Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level ? Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules Preferred Qualifications ? Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations ? The reputed company pay for this position ranges from $133,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220,200/year in our highest geographic market.
