The Role We?re hiring a Virtual Executive Assistant to support one or more of our clients (mostly CEO coaches who work with busy executives). You?ll begin with 5-6 hours per week supporting one client, with the opportunity to scale up with multiple clients over time as you prove reliability and fit. Key Responsibilities: Calendar Management: Schedule and confirm meetings, coordinate with high-level executives and their assistants Meeting Preparation: Organize logistics and materials for monthly peer advisory meetings Email Support: Monitor inboxes, draft and respond to messages on the client?s behalf, flag action items Task Management: Maintain checklists and recurring processes in Asana Client Communication: Communicate with poise and professionalism on behalf of the client Attend weekly Zoom check-ins with your client to stay aligned and review priorities

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Virtual Assistant Excellent communication and professional writing skills Available Monday?Friday, with 2?3 check-ins during business hours of client's time zone Familiarity with: Google Workspace Microsoft 365 Excel/Google Sheets Zoom Slack Calendly Asana (or other project management tools) Canva Detail-oriented, responsive, and proactive Warm and client-friendly demeanor Must commit to a minimum of 6 months Willing to sign a confidentiality agreement and respect client privacy Growth Opportunity This role is ideal for someone seeking long-term, flexible remote work with the chance to scale up.
