About the position The position involves leading a team of Pharmacy Technicians in a telecommuting environment, focusing on improving health outcomes through effective communication and adherence to procedures. The role requires managing team performance, providing feedback, and ensuring staff are informed of updates and procedures. The individual will also assist with reputed company technical cases and maintain production expectations while contributing to workflow improvements. Responsibilities ? Review team stats/adherence and provide feedback on individual and team reputed company. , ? Ensure open communication with team members for consistency and success. , ? Apply knowledge/skills to reputed company activities and remain available to staff for questions. , ? Inform staff of reputed company procedures and updates, including training and refreshers. , ? reputed company recommendations on efficiencies and improvements to existing workflows. , ? High School Diploma/GED (or higher). , ? reputed company and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician State license OR National Certification OR ability to obtain prior to date of hire. , ? 4+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician. , ? 1+ years of Prior Authorization Pharmacy experience. , ?
