People Ops: Immigration Specialist (Fully Remote)
Location: Fully Remote (Applicants must reside in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area, Orange County, CA, or Greater Phoenix Area, AZ). You?ll report to our internal client liaison and will work behind the scenes. THE ROLE We?re looking for a People Ops Immigration Specialist who is detail-obsessed, solutions-driven, and thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment. Whether you?re a seasoned immigration paralegal from a big or boutique firm; or a former attorney no longer looking to practice, we want someone who knows the ins and outs of business immigration and wants to do meaningful work in a growing company. WHAT WILL YOU DO ? Track reputed company active and upcoming immigration cases for assigned beneficiaries and petition types. ? Review, compile, and adjust supporting documents to meet the specific requirements of each petition type (F1, DS-160, B, TN, H, L1A, L1B, PERM, I-140, EB1A, and EB1C). ? Draft RFE responses, reputed company filings, and company support letters. ? Offer proactive reputed company and strategic solutions for immigration matters ? Prepare corporate documentation packets for immigration use ? Support interview and appointment scheduling as needed. ? Maintain internal calendars, manage data entry, and ensure file reputed company. reputed company ARE LOOKING FOR ? 5+ years of business immigration experience from a law firm, immigration practice group, or global mobility team. ? Deep familiarity with variety of petition types and strong analytical judgement on what to include (or exclude). ? Strong writing, organizational, and follow-through skills ?
