LMHP, Part-Time, Remote, Contract Position

Available positions in Louisiana Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced mental health professional to join our team as a contractor. This is a 1099 contract position where the contractor will be responsible for their own taxes and will not receive benefits. The primary focus of this role is to provide therapy and maintain ongoing updates to treatment plans and session notes. There will be no requirement for initial treatment plans or assessments. Key Responsibilities: ? Conduct individual, family, or couples therapy sessions for clients with behavioral and mental health needs ? Utilize diagnostic evaluation tools to assess clients? mental health conditions ? Implement evidence-based treatment modalities, including but not limited to motivational interviewing, CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc., to support client progress ? Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams as needed to coordinate patient care and treatment plans ? Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including coding for billing purposes ? Record therapy sessions as requested by management Requirements: ? Master's degree with a valid license to practice independently ? Experience working with individuals dealing with behavioral or mental health struggles ? Strong diagnostic and assessment skills to determine appropriate treatment interventions ? Knowledge of case management principles and ability to coordinate care effectively ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate with team members ? Ability to provide compassionate, client-centered care in a remote setting ? Demonstrates a strong work ethic by consistently meeting deadlines, taking initiative, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and accountability in all tasks. Additional Information: This position is a 1099 contract role, and the selected contractor will be responsible for managing their own taxes. No benefits are offered with this role.
