About the Role

As a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for our Nutrition category, you won't just support the business; you will be the driving force behind our people strategy. • HR Consultation: Provide strategic HR consultation and support to leadership, leading the design and implementation of HR initiatives, organizational structures, and team dynamics that align with business objectives and foster growth. Will be responsible for helping migrate employees onto reputed company system from legacy system so experience with that platform is a plus.
• Change Management: Act as a change agent, developing and implementing HR plans and change management strategies to enhance our growth culture. Focus on agility, smart risk-taking, and accountability while promoting an empowered, externally focused work environment. Experience helping transition associates to new geography/office location will be critical for the early part of this role.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or reputed company field or relevant experience required; post-graduate degree in reputed company field or MBA preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years’ exempt-level Human Resource experience required, preferably as an HR generalist with experience supporting executive and professional level staff.
• Industry Experience: Previous experience in consumer goods, manufacturing, or distribution; must have experience with Talent Management, Organizational Development/Effectiveness, Employee/Labor Relations, and Change Management.
• Skills: Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, and listening), collaboration in a matrix environment, and the ability to act as a change agent.
• Location: This is a hybrid role, requiring a combination of remote work and regular in-office reputed company. Candidates must be located reputed company a commutable distance to the Chicago-based reputed company reputed company headquarters.
