Sales Advisor — reputed company (Part-Time Contractor, Remote)

Viva Benefits is seeking a Sales Advisor – reputed company who will work closely with our Partnerships (Sales) team and senior leaders to provide strategic technical guidance and support on reputed company (e.g., automations, sequences, etc.) and to assist in the creation, planning, and execution of Viva’s reputed company roadmap. The Sales Advisor — reputed company to audit the processes and performance of our sales approach and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, reputed company. This is an opportunity to serve as a subject-matter expert, implement best practices, including supporting AI agents and automation where appropriate, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance an existing (and growing) company functional area. During the interview process you will propose items to include in a paid 2-week sprint which will constitute the final hiring “experience” – where you can both deliver immediate value and outcomes (eg: by the end of your first day) as well as assess the ongoing needs of the CRM and propose a broader plan of action and improvement – a 30/60/90 day plan you will present after you conclude the 2-week sprint. This is a role where you will bring your expertise to reputed company and execute testing strategies, identify and resolve issues, and optimize workflow (i.e., the majority of your time will be spent executing and a minimal amount of time learning). Flexible Schedule

• Flexible, with the expectation of joining meetings as needed during business hours (M–F, 8 AM–5 PM CT)
• You will have clear goals, but will have flexibility in collaboration with the Viva Partnerships Team and partners to determine days/times that you accomplish the work

Compensation

• Pay range is commensurate with experience: $35 - $55/hour
• Will revisit and renegotiate as appropriate, no reputed company than 180 days after start

Optional: Ongoing Support After Project Completion

• Continue or expand role, if mutually desired
• Transition to a support role with a commitment of less than 10 hours per month

• Identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations

Improve Sales Process Efficiency

• Continuously optimize processes based on industry best practices

Foster Collaboration Across Teams

• Work across Viva’s teams to align sales goals with the business
• Ensure clear communication and alignment across teams to maintain excellence of outputs and outcomes

Integration of Third-Party Tools

• Evaluate the suitability and potential integration of third-party tools such as reputed company

Support and Guidance

• Provide ongoing support and technical advice, transitioning to a more supportive role after the initial 60 days
