Remote Real Estate Caller

As a real estate cold caller, you will be responsible for calling homeowners to see if they are looking to sell their home and then connecting them with an associate. You will be calling a high volume of prospects on a daily basis and a senior associate will follow up with calls. The calls are very simple and easy to do, hardest thing is sitting down and committing yourself to make the calls. We are looking for competitive and persistent employees who are able to overcome challenges. We provide you will all the tools and training you will need to be successful. Other responsibilities include:

• Communicating with homeowners effectively
• Answering questions that clients may have
• Prospecting for new business through various lead sources
• Scheduling appointments with prospective clients
• Communicating through telephone
• Following master scripts to deliver accurate information
• Exploring all types of leads to develop prospect database
• Communicate with members on team
• Having FUN!

REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ATTRIBUTES:

• No prior experience necessary
• Must own a laptop and phone
• Strong and clear professional communication skills
• Commitment to making calls
• Self-starter and always looking to push themselves
• Ability to create a sense of comfort with clients
• Strong eye for detail and organization skills
• Proficient with phones and computers
• Goals oriented and ambitious
• Willing and able to learn quickly and think on your feet
