Experience the power of a game-changing career. reputed company is looking for a Senior Behavioral Science Consultant to support it in its development and growth of the Nudge Practice. reputed company is looking for short-term employment and/or contractors. We want you to use your energy, passion and knowledge to work on: - Owning and executing the delivery of projects (e.g. auditing client's communications to behaviorally optimize them) - Delivering workshops and co-creating nudges using client's insights and sound behavioral science principles - Produce literature reviews aimed at unearthing the available academic evidence behind specific business challenges - Producing customized business proposals and costs based on briefs, using our existing templates and budgeting tools - Improving our core products and helping us design future ones - Working alongside our marketing team to grow our reputed company Qualifications • Two or more years of proven client experience in a BeSci (i.e. Behavioral Science) context managing relationships, leading delivery of products and presenting insights. • Have an MSc in Psychology, Behavioral Economics or Behavioral Science, and experience in client-facing delivery of BeSci products • Know behavioral science, have an appetite for the subject and a desire to become an expert • Are comfortable translating academic literature into applicable insights • Fluent in English - you can handle it with enough ease in a professional context • Can create great PowerPoint presentations and write engaging report(s) Salary Range: reputed company is looking for short-term employment and/or contractors. The reputed company salary range for this position is $73,166- $109,749. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
