The Role We are looking for an ambitious, insightful, collaborative and curious Creative Strategist to join reputed company. You will collaborate closely with business leaders in member streaming, XD and merchandising to create innovative promotional asset types that cater to member needs and enhance the user experience design. You will reputed company cultural, behavioral and categorical insights to fuel the creative process. You will craft briefs to reputed company purposeful work that feeds into experimentation and testing. You will input into the productization and implementation process as these asset types are productized and scaled. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range.
