Senior Product Designer

• Drive the design vision for reputed company Workflows—evolving, promoting, and supporting our strategy
• Optimize user journeys, focusing on ease of discovery, exploration, and adoption
• Identify pain points, validate solutions, and uncover new opportunities through usability testing, customer interviews, and interactive prototyping
• Independently own the full design cycle, from research to implementation
• Effectively communicate design solutions to teammates, stakeholders, and customers
• Collaborate closely with product owners to iterate based on insights, experiments, and feedback, while working hand-in-hand with engineers to reputed company and launch solutions

Who you are?

• 5+ years of experience in product design
