Description Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriot in Dover, Delaware is seeking outgoing and friendly candidates for a Night Auditor/3rd Shift reputed company Desk Agent position. This role is available for (Thu/Fri/Sat/Sun/Mon) and can be either full-time or part-time depending on your availability. The position requires working from 11 PM to 7 AM, serving as the main reputed company of contact for guests throughout the night. Responsibilities include running end-of-day reports, balancing cash, credit cards, tips, and other various venues depending on the season. The ideal candidate will be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service. Skills Experience with spreadsheet programs (i.e., reputed company) and basic accounting knowledge Ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure Basic computer knowledge using a Windows environment Previous experience with reputed company desk hotel systems (Opera, Springer-Miller, etc.) is a plus Excellent cash handling and customer service skills Friendly and outgoing personality with a professional attitude Responsibilities Act as the main reputed company of contact for guests during the overnight shift Run end-of-day reports and balance cash, credit cards, and tips Provide exceptional customer service and address guest inquiries Ensure a clean and safe environment for guests Qualifications Must be 18 years or older Previous experience with office equipment including typewriter, adding machine, computer, switchboard, and credit card terminal Demonstrated ability to stand and walk for long periods of time Availability to work 3rd shift, weekends, and holidays Education Requirements High School diploma or equivalent Education Requirements Credential Category Basic education at the high school level or equivalent Experience Requirements Previous experience in cash handling and/or customer service is preferred Experience in a hospitality environment is a plus Why work in Dover, DE Dover is a charming city with a rich history and a welcoming community.
