Job Responsibilities: • Provide outstanding customer service to ensure everyone who walks through our door feels welcomed and valued • Book appointments and manage the salon’s calendar effectively • Managing inbound and outbound calls with excellent phone etiquette • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner • Utilize our POS system accurately to check in and out clients, collect payments, document client information, manage appointments, and manage memberships • Assist with marketing and sales by educating clients on products, services, and promotions Job Requirements: • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience • Minimum 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages • Excellent client service skills • Professional appearance and demeanor • Ability to work well in a team setting • A positive, and uplifting attitude is a must • Ability to pay attention to detail and work in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication abilities verbally, over the phone, and in messaging • Must be able to remain calm and professional in stressful situations Apply Job!
