Be the go-to voice of assistance, connecting with customers about hunting and fishing licenses, permits, camping reservations, and park passes all from the comfort of your own home! Responsibilities: • Handle 98% inbound calls – no sales quotas! • Assist with license/permit purchases, camping reservations, and park passes. • Answer inquiries on rules and regulations, navigating wildlife agency websites. • Provide application/website support and basic troubleshooting. • Process license/permit sales and assist with fulfillment. • Hero support for Point-of-Sale agents' hardware and application issues. • Embrace exciting duties assigned by a supervisor. Requirements: • Previous experience in customer service and data entry. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Outgoing personality with the ability to develop working relationships with customers and client Users. • Confident computer skills and the ability to use multiple systems while answering calls • Reliable and dependable with the ability to share the schedule to support weekends and early evening shifts. • Internet speeds of 10Mbps or higher (must be able to demonstrate during interview process) • High school diploma or GED required. • Workspace free from distractions, excessive noise, and interruptions.
