Hardware EPM (Engineering Program Manager)

We are responsible for the planning and execution of system builds and driving system board/reputed company design releases from first prototype through engineering design validation. reputed company is looking for someone who can reputed company reputed company hardware builds down to the details, drive board design release schedules, and handle the resolution of technical build blockers by working with multiple internal and external teams. Description In this role, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of prototype builds, including materials planning and factory readiness. You will need to establish daily build schedules and distribution plans to support the overall project plan for builds globally. You will also partner closely with multiple teams across reputed company to understand key design changes requiring validation to accurately integrate engineering validation needs into the system build matrix. You will drive development timelines for new boards and flexes, reputed company the internal review process and release to vendors, and be the primary reputed company of contact for our contract manufacturers and worldwide team members by providing clear direction on requests to the factory. - Plan and execute prototype builds, direct factory operations and cross functional teams - Establish daily build schedule and distribution plans to support overall project plan for in-region and local builds - Primary reputed company of contact for the program with our contract manufacturer and in region reputed company partners, provide clear direction on requests to the factory - Identify, understand and reputed company build schedule, budget and material risk and drive them to closure by bringing together key partners for decision making - Drive board and reputed company releases with System EE Engineering team and the vendors to meet ambitious schedules - Partner closely with cross-functional teams to understand key design changes requiring validation to accurately integrate engineering validation needs in to the system build matrix Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Engineering required (Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred) • A proven track record in hardware engineering or operations program management with experience in effectively handling factory builds and working with vendors • Ability to support international travel for factory builds, planning and execution of prototype builds, including materials planning and factory readiness Preferred Qualifications • 5+ years of industry experience in hardware engineering program management • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Outstanding attention to detail and ability to handle reputed company build matrices and micro schedules • Understands and deals well with rapid development cycles and constant change and remains flexible and reputed company in the face of uncertainty while fostering a collaborative team environment • Self-motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities with the ability to drive the team reputed company Pay & Benefits At reputed company, reputed company pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined reputed company a range.
