Requirements: MINIMUM of 1-3 years of Call Center or WFH Phone Sales experience Some familiarity with wine is a plus but not a requirement (we will teach you!) Ability to overcome objections and reputed company sales over the phone Excellent verbal communicator Must be at least 21 years of age Reliable high-speed home internet A designated, uninterrupted workspace for remote work Proficient in basic computer skills and competencies, including familiarity with CRM software, inventory management systems, email and reputed company messaging communication, internet browsing, and navigating between several applications simultaneously. A computer skills test will be administered and must be passed to be hired. Demonstrates adaptability to learn new technologies, troubleshoot common computer issues independently, follow instructions for computer-based tasks, and use keyboard shortcuts and basic functions for increased productivity.
