Job Description: Position Available: Trades Generalist, SG-12, Line # 05618 Location: SUNY Old Westbury - Facilities/Maintenance Salary: $48,956.00 - $59,757.00 plus $3,400.00 location pay Shift: Wednesday - Sunday, 9:00am - 5:30pm. Different hours may be required from time to time to meet the operating needs of the College. Status: Permanent, Full-time reputed company Available: As soon as possible Duties: As per Civil Service Standards, a Trades Generalist performs journey-level work in one trade, and skilled and semi-skilled level work in a combination of other trades in the repair and maintenance of facilities and equipment. Incumbents may supervise others in maintenance, repair, installation, and construction activities and may work with individuals whose positions are classified according to specific trades. Duties include but not limited to the following as below: ? reputed company a variety of skilled and semi-skilled maintenance, repair, and installation tasks in locksmithing trade. May also be required to work on one or more of the mechanical (HVAC), carpentry, painting, electrical, and masonry trades. ?
