Sr Software Engineer (Based in NYC)

Full-Stack Engineer ? NYC | Revin.ai ?? New York, NY | Full-Time | In-Person Revin works with leading home services and private equity roll-ups, including Del Air (owned by Astara), PipeDreams, Lion Home Services (owned by Legacy Service Partners), and Sears Home Services. We build agentic workflows that automate call center operations, marketing functions, and inside sales. Our goal is to help our customers scale, increase revenue, and reduce operating costs through AI-driven automation. We?re looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to join our team and help build the next generation of AI-driven automation tools for the home services industry. This role will work across our entire platform?backend, frontend, infrastructure, and AI workflows?while bringing voice capabilities into our product. You?ll work closely with our engineering, product, and solutions teams to develop scalable, high-impact systems. What You?ll Do: ? Work across the entire tech stack?from backend APIs and databases to frontend UI components. ? Develop voice capabilities to enhance customer interactions, including call routing, speech recognition, and AI-driven voice automation. ? Build and maintain agentic workflows, ensuring smooth customer automation and integration with third-party tools. ? Optimize scalability, reliability, and performance across the platform. ? Work closely with product, engineering, and customer teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. ? Ship fast and iterate?this is a startup, and we move quickly. Who You Are: ? Full-Stack Engineer ? Comfortable working across frontend (React, TypeScript), backend (Node.js, Python), and infrastructure (AWS or similar). ? Voice Tech Experience ? Experience with Twilio, Amazon Connect, Deepgram, OpenAI Whisper, ElevenLabs, or other speech processing tools is a major plus. ? Systems Thinker ? Experience with React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP). ? Knowledge of voice technologies (VoIP, Twilio, WebRTC, or NLP) is a strong plus. ?
