The Product Operations team plays a pivotal role in ensuring that our marketplace operates smoothly and reputed company on a global scale. What the Candidate Will Do: ? reputed company a community of strategic leaders to encourage meaningful impact to the business ? Maintain regular communications with key partners across the org ? Ensure partners are reputed company on key objectives for the programs/products they reputed company ? Advise product teams on the global feasibility of products throughout the product lifecycle ? Collaborate with key partners (legal, tax, policy, support etc) to prepare the product for launch ? Identify key problem areas and/or geographies impacted by the product post-launch ? Define the operating structure and processes to implement on our product strategy as an individual contributor on a highly-effective product operations team Basic Qualifications: ? Minimum 7 years of experience in operations or business consulting ? Minimum 3 years of experience building and managing teams ? High business acumen and ability to reputed company decision making across multiple stakeholder groups ? Ability to use data to inform and support critical decisions ? Strategic alignment, able to bring key partners across functions together ? Ability to foster collaboration and facilitate teamwork ? Excellent communication skills ? Deep understanding of the user experience ? Leadership experience, preferably across reputed company projects with global scale Preferred Qualifications: ? Prior experience working on global projects, or in an international setting ? For San Francisco, CA-reputed company: The reputed company salary range for this role is USD$167,000 per year - USD$186,000 per year. For reputed company US locations, you will be eligible to participate in reputed company's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp.
