Software Engineer Director
Responsibilities
As the Director of Software Engineering at Meritage Homes, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the core home builder systems, including JDE E1, Hyphen, and FileNet, while also leading the delivery of a new Land Development technology solution. Your key responsibilities will include driving the strategic direction, development, and successful implementation of these platforms, ensuring they align with business needs and future growth objectives: ? Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and vision for software engineering initiatives, aligning them with the organization's goals and objectives. ? Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders, to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and ensure successful project delivery. ?
