Server Part Time - Senior Living

Allegro Tallahassee our beautiful premier Senior Living Community, is seeking a Part-Time Server for our evening shift ending by 8pm, days are flexible, and will include some weekends and holidays. Previous serving experience is preferred but not required - must be 18 years old or older. Must have a positive attitude, love seniors, team morale and a sense of leadership. The primary responsibility of the Server is to accommodate residents and guests during their dining experience by attending to their needs in a friendly, timely, and professional manner. Areas of Responsibility ? Greet and seat residents and guests in a timely and professional manner as well as approach and interact with residents and guests in a friendly, service-oriented, and professional manner. ? Serve food in an efficient and professional manner. ? Clear tables of glasses, silverware, dishes, etc. when residents and guests have finished a course or their meal according to Company protocol. ? Maintain a clean dining room. Chairs, windows, floors, and all work areas should be wiped down and sanitized after every meal period. ? Deliver and retrieve trays to and from residents apartments as needed. ? Label and date all food. ? Other job duties as assigned see full job description. Required Qualifications ? Must be a minimum of 16 years of age. ? Must pay attention to detail, be flexible/adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player. ? Must have positive Criminal Background Screening. ?
