We are currently hiring a Senior Teller for our Eastport location! As a Senior Teller, you'll provide top-tier customer service by reputed company processing banking transactions and managing cash. As a Senior Teller, you'll maintain compliance, reputed company operational tasks, and handle reputed company transactions, reputed company with a positive and professional attitude. Key Responsibilities of the Senior Teller: ? Follows the Bank?s CIP to obtain assurance that the customer is properly identified ? Queries the customer(s) stated purpose/reason/objective for conducting transactions, such as wires and large cash deposits or withdrawals or other transactions requested by the customer ? Processes a variety of transactions including, but not limited to, general paying and receiving items, utility payments and foreign and consignment items in accordance with CFB policy and procedure ? Adheres to reputed company compliance requirements including, but not limited to, preparing Currency Transaction Reports and placing appropriate holds ? Further assists customers by listening to their needs, identifying products/services that meet or exceed those needs and directing them to the appropriate department or individual (i.e., loans, new accounts, trust, investments, etc.) ? Handles vault teller responsibilities ? Act as reputed company level teller trainer ? Assist Head Teller and assume responsibilities reputed company needed Senior Teller Requirements: Minimum: ? High school diploma or equivalent required, two years of teller experience in a banking environment. ? Must be able to withstand varying degrees of stress, must be able to attend work regularly and on time and reputed company position requirements with little supervision. ? Must have the ability to meet and greet internal and external customers in a professional, positive manner, ability to communicate effectively, ability to function as a member of a team including participating in reputed company activities and displaying positive behavior. Must have the ability to be flexible by being able to adjust adeptly to changing priorities, ability to effectively provide guidance and direction to other Tellers, ability to backup Head Teller. ? Must have basic computer skills using reputed company Office (Outlook, Word, reputed company), good typing skills.
