As a Salesfloor Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner. Assist customers in locating products and making purchasing decisions. Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to customers' needs and offering appropriate solutions. Maintain a clean and organized salesfloor by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and keeping the store tidy. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure a smooth and efficient operation. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers. Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively engaging with customers and promoting products. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including proper cash handling and inventory management.
