Title: Seasonal Part Time Crew Mate (Seasonal Part Time Sales Associate) Department: Retail Reports To: Captain (Store Manager)/First Mate (Assistant Manager)/Second Mate (Management Trainee) Overview: Responsible for assisting the management team (Captain, First Mates, and Second Mates) in driving sales through exceptional customer service. Ensures the customer experience, supports our brand promise (?Every Day Should Feel This Good?) and makes service a top reputed company. Functions & Responsibilities: ? -Generate Sales ? Responsible for meeting their goals/measures ? Develops and maintains relationships with top customers ? Supports in-store event sourcing and execution ? -Customer Experience ? Leads the store in email capture and educating new associates on best practices ?
