Extend your helping hand and lend your support to other store areas when needed. ? Perform adeptly in a rapid-paced surrounding with precision. Minimum Eligibility Requirements: ? The eligibility criteria state that individuals must be 18 years or older. ? A firm foundation in basic math skills is an essential component of a well-rounded education. ? History of providing customer assistance. ? Possessing the skill to multi-task well and perform exceptionally under challenging circumstances. ? F&D may be the designated provider of forklift certification for certain job roles. ? Drug testing is a prerequisite for heavy equipment certification in states that permit such testing by law. Physical/Sensory Requirements: ? The ability to apply force ranging from 30 to 60 pounds occasionally or 20 to 30 pounds frequently is essential in order to lift, carry, push, pull or move objects with ease. ? In daily activities, hands and fingers are frequently employed to touch and handle various objects. ? Tasks that require frequent use of one? hands, legs, arms, and balance such as standing, climbing, reaching, or balancing.
