This remote position guarantees 32-40 hours per week, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while making a significant impact on patients' lives. In this role, you will be responsible for processing authorization and prescription requests, ensuring that all documentation is accurate before shipping orders. You will directly impact a patient's life by processing new patient orders and updating electronic medical records. Collaborating with the Patient Admissions department, you will help facilitate the onboarding of patients to our services, ensuring a seamless experience for those in need of enteral nutrition support. Your work will not only contribute to the efficiency of our operations but also enhance the overall patient experience, aligning with our mission to make health care more personal, convenient, and affordable. Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare providers. Requirements ? Experience with data entry. , ? Experience working in Microsoft Office programs. , ?
