Qualifications
Required Education: ? Associate degree in nursing. Preferred Education: ? Bachelor's degree in nursing. Required Experience: ? None Preferred Experience: ? One (1) year of medical surgical nursing experience. ? One (1) year of Home Health Care experience. Required Certification/License/Registry: ? Licensed as a registered nurse (RN) in accordance with Florida Statutes (FS), Title XXXII (Regulation of Professions and Occupations), Chapter 464 (Nursing), Part I (Nurse Practice Act) [includes multistate compact licensure]. ? Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification from an accredited American Heart Association (AHA) instructor. ? Other specialized life support requirements designated by work area. ? Florida class ?E? driver license. ? A valid driver?s license and driving record that meets or exceeds the requirements of the organization?s current vehicle insurance carrier is required. Driving privileges are also subject to periodic review and driving record must remain within acceptable insurability standards as a condition of continued employment. ? Use of personal vehicle(s) required. Vehicle owner must maintain adequate insurance coverage for personal vehicle(s) used in conjunction with duties. Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH) will reimburse the business use of personal vehicle(s) in accordance with procedures defined by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). ? Responsibilities
Your Role: ? Provides skilled nursing care on an intermittent basis to patients in their home in accordance with physician's orders. ?
