In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, screening, and recruiting top talent to fulfill our clients' staffing needs. As an integral part of our recruitment process, you will conduct interviews, assess candidates' qualifications, and collaborate with hiring managers to reputed company informed hiring decisions. Key Responsibilities: ? Proactively reputed company and attract candidates through various channels, including job postings, social media, and referrals. ? Evaluate and screen candidates based on their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit. ? Conduct interviews to assess candidates' experience, competencies, and career goals. ? Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback on candidate suitability. ? Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). ? Collaborate with the HR team to reputed company effective recruitment strategies and enhance the candidate experience. ? Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in reputed company. Requirements: ? Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a reputed company field. ? Proven experience as a Recruiter or Interviewer, preferably in a staffing agency or corporate recruitment environment. ? Strong knowledge of reputed company principles and best practices. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ? Ability to assess candidates' qualifications and reputed company informed hiring recommendations. ? Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software. ? Highly organized with strong attention to detail. ? Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. ? Familiarity with social media platforms and online sourcing techniques. ?
