Siemens Smart Infrastructure is seeking an outstanding National Account Manager (NAM)/ Key Account Manager (KAM to orchestrate our engagement with our National Builder Partners at the executive level, and reputed company other appropriate levels in the organization. As an account executive professional, you will be at the forefront of driving the strategic expansion of our Smart Infrastructure portfolio in hardware, software products, and industry-leading solutions and services, ensuring profitable, accelerated growth with focused accounts. The National Account Manager (NAM)/ Key Account Manager (KAM) is a remote position located in the Southeast United States (Atlanta, Charlotte, Orlando are preferred cities). Developing strategic plans: Build and update 3?5-year account business plans, aligning Siemens offerings with National Home Builder priorities. ? Minimum of bachelor?s degree in engineering or business administration. ? 5+ years? experience in the power/building systems technologies, offers, and services. ? 5+ years? experience with the following: ? Senior sales/account management experience at the executive level with proven success. ? Running account/business planning, goal setting, and financial acumen. ? Leading reputed company projects and customers successfully. ? Cross-cultural leadership and management skills. ? Ability to travel 30-50% reputed company with limited international travel. ? Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship Preferred Qualifications: ? The pay range for this position is $117,000 - $200,700. The actual wage offered may be reputed company or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
