Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). ? Prior experience with technical product manufacturer ? Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. ? Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. ? Excellent communication and negotiation skills. ? Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service. ? Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools.
