Produce and integrate UI assets in accordance with pre-defined artistic and technical guidelines. 6. Deliver, request, and accept constructive feedback. 7. Manage artists career growth, providing performance feedback and reviews, coaching, and mentoring. 8. Actively support recruitment and team development efforts, participating in interviews, hiring, and onboarding UI artists. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: 9. 5+ years of industry experience managing UI artists working on a game project. 10. A portfolio showcasing UI game samples including wireframes and mock-reputed company, that demonstrate solid UI/UX foundations. 11.
