Why We?re Hiring The Data Analyst will play a critical role in supporting finance, accounting, and revenue operations by delivering actionable insights through data analysis, business intelligence, and reporting. The analyst will collaborate closely with finance, RevOps, and business teams to optimize revenue performance, automate data processes, and improve data governance. Ideal candidates will have a strong analytical mindset, experience with commerce revenue analytics, and the ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations. Who You Are ? 3+ years as a Data Analyst with expertise in SQL, dbt, Tableau, and Snowflake to develop and maintain data pipelines, build executive dashboards, and ensure accurate financial reporting. ? Strong understanding of financial analytics and revenue reporting focused on product analytics or marketing analytics. ? Ability to build scalable data models and ETL processes. ? Experience with RevOps or finance analytics. Preferred Skills ? Commerce revenue analytics (understanding of Shopify, e-commerce data, or finance-related analytics). ? Experience with Looker, Power BI, or other BI tools (Tableau preferred). ? Python or Bash scripting (useful but not required; mostly relevant for data engineering). ? Familiarity with A/B testing and web analytics. ? Ability to optimize queries and improve data processing efficiency. ? Experience working in a media, e-commerce, or publishing environment. ? Understanding of ad tech and digital media monetization. What You'll Do ? Support finance, accounting, and revenue operations by providing proactive data analysis, insights, and reporting. ? Develop and maintain financial and revenue datasets for finance and RevOps teams. ? Conduct ad hoc analyses to support strategic decision-making and optimize e-commerce and media revenue streams. ? Provide data-driven recommendations to improve business outcomes. ? Build and maintain executive dashboards to track key financial and revenue metrics with accuracy and consistency. ? Work with SQL, dbt, and Snowflake to optimize data pipelines and develop ETL processes for data integrity. ? Assist in data modeling for financial analytics and revenue tracking. ?
