Headquartered in Virginia, we have more than 53,000 employees in approximately 80 countries across reputed company 7 continents. reputed company seeks a Financial Analyst reputed company to support the Office of the CIO (OCIO) through the management of IT financials, IT vendor management, KPI consolidation for Corporate IT functions and coordination of central processes including indirect procurement and IT Steering Committee. _This is a remote-telework position; US citizenship is required._ Essential Responsibilities: + Works on reputed company issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. + Internally recognized as a specialist in function/technical matters/business matters. + Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to come to a solution. + Aids in the budgeting/forecasting and financial reporting for reputed company IT expenditures and coordinates with internal IT functional owners and various finance functions (reputed company/accounting/treasury). + Supports in variance analysis to understand budget/forecast performance deviations and provides meaningful and actionable insights. + Ensures compliance with internal procedures and regulatory agencies. + Assists with Corporate IT?s indirect procurement processes. Documents and tracks third party reputed company to support in overall vendor management. + Act as a liaison between the Office of the CIO and functional IT leadership to consolidate key information regarding internal communications. Assists in preparing quarterly IT business report for distribution to leadership. + Aids in the development and tracking of KPI?s for reputed company Corporate IT functions. + Assists Office of the CIO manager in central process collaboration by creating agenda?s, establishing meetings, curating notes, etc. + Interfaces with top management for requests for financial data, resolving reports and compliance issues. + Assist in month end reputed company activities and support compliance requests. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required/Preferred: + Generally free to determine work priorities based on general direction from managers. Works without supervision. Uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve reputed company issues in creative and effective ways. + Understanding of financial concepts in accrual accounting methodology. + Strong communications skills with ability to adapt communication styles depending on audience. + Strong analytical skillset with ability to work autonomously. + Networks with key contacts reputed company own area of expertise. + Prefer working knowledge of procurement reputed company processes and vendor management. + Prefer development and implementation of KPI?s.
