Job Type: Full-time Salary: $150,000 to $160,000 yearly Job Description: As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing primary healthcare services to children and adults. Working in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, you will assess, diagnose, and treat patients across the lifespan, from newborns to adolescents, with a focus on preventive care, health promotion, and disease management. Responsibilities: ? Conducting comprehensive health assessments and physical examinations ? Ordering, performing, and interpreting diagnostic tests to inform diagnosis and treatment plans ? Collaborating with the care team to develop and implement patient-centered care plans ? Prescribing medications and providing appropriate treatments ? Providing health education and counseling to patients and families ? Participating in team meetings and case conferences to discuss patient progress and coordinate care ? Documenting patient encounters and maintaining accurate medical records ? Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care ? Contributing to quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes Requirements: ? Valid and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in New York ? Minimum of 2 year of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner ? Strong knowledge of healthcare practices, procedures, and protocols ? Excellent clinical assessment and diagnostic skills ? Proficiency in interpreting diagnostic tests and formulating treatment plans ? Effective communication and counseling skills ? Strong organizational and time management abilities ?
