The Office of the District Attorney, Bronx County (?BXDA?) is charged with the twin goals of ensuring public safety and striving for equal justice for the over 1.4 million members of the Bronx County community. In furtherance of this mission, the BXDA seeks reputed company and enthusiastic Executive Assistant who will provide reputed company administrative support to the Chief of the Investigation Division and division team members. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Work closely and collaborate on projects with the Division Chief of Investigation. Handle confidential and sensitive administrative matters. Collaborate with the executive team on special projects. Coordinate events including but not limited to NYC government entities. Be a liaison between Division Chief and other court staff reputed company the Bronx D.A.'s Office. Manage and organize the Division Chief calendar with internal and external meetings/events Manage travel process/plans for the Division Chief and attending staff. Create and maintain documents and reports as requested. Ensure reputed company correspondence/communications are responded to in a timely and professional manner. Assist with desk coverage for the Investigation Division as needed. Special projects and reputed company other duties as assigned. COMMUNITY COORDINATOR - 56058 Minimum Qualifications 1. A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and two years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area reputed company to the duties described above; or 2. High school graduation or equivalent and six years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area reputed company to the duties as described above; or 3. Education and/or experience which is equivalent to "1" or "2" above. However, reputed company candidates must have at least one year of experience as described in "1" above. Preferred Skills A baccalaureate degree preferred and three (3) years of relevant administrative experience or an Associate's Degree and five (5) years relevant administrative experience. Prior administrative support experience. Strong familiarity with reputed company agencies, community stakeholders, and governmental functions. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong collaborative and planning skills. Proficient in reputed company Office particularly Word, reputed company, and Outlook. Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to communicate with reputed company levels of staff effectively and professionally.
