Customer Service Representative Responsibilities Include: ? Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, returns, repairs, and accounting information. ? Monitor back-orders and generate work orders. ? Complete and file appropriate property transfer requests. ? Ensure an annual inventory of personal controlled property and warehouse controlled property is performed. ?
