About the Opportunity We are seeking a dynamic Complex General Manager to lead the Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites Bel Air, MD. About the Property The Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites Bel Air are two premier Hilton properties catering to business and leisure travelers. Conveniently located near I-95, these properties offer easy access to Aberdeen Proving Ground, Ripken Stadium, and local businesses. ? Hilton Garden Inn Bel Air features 102 modern guest rooms, a 24-hour business center, a fitness facility, and an on-site restaurant serving breakfast and dinner. ? Homewood Suites Bel Air offers extended-stay amenities for their 92 guestrooms, including fully equipped kitchens, complimentary breakfast, and evening socials for guests. Basic Qualifications: ? Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager overseeing properties generating $3M+ in revenue. ? Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain a positive team culture. ? Strong commercial acumen with a successful track record in revenue management and sales strategies. ? Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to attract, inspire, and retain top talent. ? Ability to analyze and interpret financial reports to drive strategic decision-making. Preferred Qualifications: ? Hilton brand expertise with experience in Hilton systems, standards, and operational best practices. ? Multi-brand management experience, preferably in a select-service or extended-stay environment. ? Proven ability to implement guest service initiatives that enhance overall satisfaction and loyalty.
