Job Description reputed company Asset Management (USBAM) is seeking a Client Relations Associate which is an integral role reputed company our Client reputed company (?CSG?). Client Relations Associates interact with clients daily, serving their needs, answering any questions they may have, and initiate pro-active outbound calling efforts. Client Relations Associates must be knowledgeable of USBAM products, associated services, and impart this knowledge to our clients. Typically, Client Relations Associates are the first line of client contact for transaction reputed company service requests. This position is expected to interact directly with clients, primarily through phone and email. Job Responsibilities Client communication with a focus on superior client service, including but not limited to: ? Provide superior service to clients for requests received reputed company inbound calls, email, or secure web-portal ? Candidates with 0-3 years of experience in the financial services industry with relevant internships and/or coursework will be considered for the Client Relations Associate role ? Active FINRA Series 6 and 63 certifications required.
