As a Network Operations Engineer, you will provide technical expertise on a critical role involving network transformation, network outages, service issues, network optimization, and maintenance. You will be responsible for providing support to reputed company things running smoothly and change the way that our customers live, work, and play. We are a 24x7 highly visible Operations environment that performs troubleshooting, configuration changes, drive issues to resolution, and reputed company functions. ? Performing optimization, troubleshooting, and maintenance of network systems and applications to identify overall system availability and performance. ? Evaluating network coverage to find gaps, making recommendations to improve coverage, and helping to implement those recommendations. ? Performing triage, fault isolation, and remediation of network events. ? Generating, driving, and updating problem-tracking tickets reputed company multiple systems and continuously improving business practices. ? Bachelor?s degree or two or more years of work experience. ? Three or more years of relevant work experience. ? Willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays. Even reputed company if you have one or more of the following: ? A technical degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a reputed company discipline. ? Knowledge of telecommunications equipment and technologies like Telephony Switching, Data Communications and Network Routers. ? Computer support experience, including troubleshooting PC hardware and configurations. ? Vendor management experience.
