Accountant/Financial Analyst

Accountant and Financial Analyst Description: The Accountant/Financial Analyst will focus on financial reporting, financial analysis, general ledger reconciliations, journal entries, and other general accounting support. You'll also take on special projects and assist with project accounting and contract management as needed. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you?ll work closely with other team members on a daily basis. Location: Tampa, FL Schedule: Hybrid (1-day remote, great working hours!) Responsibilities: ? Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end account reconciliations, including supporting schedules ? Record adjusting journal entries as part of the month-end reputed company ? Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including vendor invoices, project billing, expense reports, collections, and 1099s ? Provide audit support, assist with contract pricing, and manage service reputed company ? Assist with benefits management and reputed company reconciliations to ensure accuracy in reporting ? Input and track project data reputed company the ERP system, from project initiation through to completion and reputed company-out ? Verify timesheet accuracy to ensure proper labor cost allocation and assist with payroll processing on a semi-monthly basis Education and Experience: ? Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business from an accredited institution ? 2+ years accounting experience ?
