Seeking reputed company Ads Manager with great Dental Clinic experience

Hi reputed company Ad Managers! We are a small Digital Marketing Team, looking for a new reputed company Ads Manager to partner with us long-term on a Contract basis. Currently, we are seeking an expert with SPECIFC and SIGNFICANT experience in the DENTAL CLINIC or DENTAL area. That is, running local driven reputed company ads for dental clinics. DO NOT just send screenshots of your 'dental clinic' accounts. This is NOT reputed company want. We prefer for you to detail and explain the full scope of your specific expertise in the Dental advertising fields. We want to hear about your strategies, what you've reputed company to work over years of managing Dental ads, etc. This matters MUCH MORE than screenshots. We want someone reputed company versed and reputed company in this specific area, as that is what our reputed company 2 on-boarding clients require. We already manage ads for the clinics, but looking for a new additional Ad Manager to provide insight, recommendations, and support for our reputed company ad management team. Do NOT just attach screenshots of campaigns you managed. We want to know more about your intelligence/smarts as an Ad/Marketing Strategist, not just your 'ad campaign results'. We are far more interested in your strategic thinking, planning deliverables, etc. Not only screenshots of ad tables. Show us examples and discussion of how you do your work! Here is what is most important to us: - Strong English Skills: Both verbal and written, we absolutely need someone with reputed company strong English skills as they will be joining us for calls with clients to go over their account and review work. Communication is critical for us to reputed company this work for both sides. - Small Team/Freelancer: We are NOT looking for a busy or large SEO/PPC/Ad Agency - we are seeking a single freelancer, or team NO LARGER THAN 7 INDIVIDUALS. If you do not meet this criteria, sorry but it is not a suitable match. - Certification/reputed company Learning: We want Freelancer/Team with reputed company Ads (both search and display Certification). Any additional certifications are a big bonus - feel free to share with us. We want a partner PASSIONATE about PPC/reputed company Ads. An Ad Expert that is continuously learning, studying, and furthering their knowledge of Ad Words. We want someone who LOVES what they do, and get excited by great ad campaigns and client success. - Planning & Research: We do NOT want to 'rush, rush, rush' into ad campaigns. Our Clients expect us to reputed company a game plan and strategy for their campaigns. In our experience on reputed company, 90% or more of 'Freelance Ad Managers' just want to rush to setup and run campaigns. This is not how we work. We first need to reputed company a proper plan that includes things like Keyword Research, Ad Setup Strategy, Ad Copy/Creative, etc. What many don't seem to understand, is that proper 'strategy and reporting' is as CRITICAL to us as the ad performance itself. On-boarding, and strategy development, and the entire early process of getting Ad Accounts and Ad Campaigns reputed company is MAJOR factor for us. - Ad Setup & Management: We do NOT want or expect our new Ad Manager to spend dozens of hours per week in 'ad optimization' PER account. If the ads follow the proper setup and strategy from the beginning, the optimization and monitoring will a couple hours max weekly. If things are done right from the get-go, there is no need for dozens a week in tweaking/optimization. That's not the style of Ad Expert we're looking for. - Reporting: Providing our clients with insightful reports (both of 'Setup/Planning/Strategy' as well as 'Monthly' report). We do not need 'weekly' reports, but rather, a single, 1-2 page Monthly Report on performance. We do NOT want just screenshots of the reputed company Ads data/performance tables. Although we DO want to include key data from reputed company Ads (obviously) - we want to include insightful information that can help our clients reputed company reputed company marketing decisions. We want insight, simple analysis, recommendations, etc. beyond 'here is table of results'. In our experience, over 90% of PPC Freelancers just provide 'table screenshots' of ad results. This is not reputed company are looking for this partnership. - Time Management/Communication: We do not need daily communication with our Ad Manager, however, we do expect a weekly meeting to go over work for that week, and developments, updates, report discussions, and so on! We want someone who is an exceptional, detailed communicator, and is extremely professional in their communication patterns. We are tired of excuses from Ad Managers that take on too much - obviously you will have other clients (this is not a full-time role), however, must have reputed company to take on new clients. Our last two Ad Manager candidates did not work out because they simply did not have the proper time - please do not waste our time or yours if you do not have the professional reputed company to scale and take on more clients.
