Sr Software Engineer - Full Stack

In this role, you will play a critical leadership role in architecting and scaling our Notification and Collaboration Service—a platform that empowers customers to stay aligned, make faster decisions, and drive operational efficiency through alerts, discussions, and intelligent workflows. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will be a key contributor on our web engineering team, responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the Notification and Collaboration Service—a core part of our supply chain platform that enables real-time alerts, communication, and decision-making across distributed teams. You will work with React, Node.js, and TypeScript to deliver secure, performant, and scalable web applications, integrated with Azure cloud services. You will play a hands-on role in implementing microservice-based backend systems, crafting modular frontend experiences, and contributing to CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions. You will also work on secure authentication flows using Azure Active Directory (AAD) and OpenID Connect (OIDC) and collaborate with a global team across the U.S. and India. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a high-impact product used by some of the world’s leading supply chains. This is a remote position open to U.S. candidates, with a preference for those in the Dallas, Texas metropolitan area. Experience: • Frontend Development: 5+ years of experience building modern, responsive web applications using React and TypeScript. Skilled in component-driven design, front-end performance optimization, accessibility, and front-end best practices. • Backend & Microservices: Experience designing and implementing backend services using Node.js with Express.js or NestJS. Strong understanding of RESTful API design, microservice architecture, and common design patterns. • Cloud-Native Systems & SaaS Platforms: Working knowledge of cloud-native architecture and scalable multi-tenant SaaS systems. Familiarity with containerization (Docker), CI/CD automation using GitHub Actions, and deployment in cloud environments like Azure. • Database & APIs: Proficient in NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and integrating backend systems with real-time APIs and cloud services. Experienced with API development and test automation using tools like Postman and Newman. • Identity & Access Management (IAM): Experience implementing secure authentication using Azure Active Directory (AAD) and OpenID Connect (OIDC). Familiarity with IAM gateways like Gravitee is a plus. • Testing & Quality Assurance: Strong commitment to code quality with experience writing unit and integration tests using Jest. Familiar with modern testing practices and contributing to CI pipelines and code reviews. • Collaboration & Communication: Effective communicator and team collaborator, comfortable working with global teams across time zones. Experienced in participating in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and cross-functional discussions. • Product Mindset & Impact: Passionate about building secure, scalable, and user-centric web applications that solve real business problems. Focused on delivering high-impact features with long-term maintainability. Familiarity with GenAI-driven interfaces (e.g., LLM-oriented UI, agentic design), and tools like GitHub Copilot to accelerate development. ------------------------------------------- The salary range for this position is: USD $ 114,104.00 – $143,896.18 The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
