AME participates in the execution of new product development programs to ensure product cost, capability, and producibility targets are achieved. Knowledge of the HON Aerospace processes for Integrated Product Delivery and Support (IPDS) and Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) are required. YOU MUST HAVE • Bachelor's degree in engineering • 5+ years of Engineering, Program Management or Integrated Supply Chain experience WE VALUE • Product knowledge in valves, pumps, actuators, and environmental control systems • Ability to read engineering mechanical drawings and assess for manufacturing capability • Knowledge of casting and machining processes • Excellent computer skills with advanced knowledge of reputed company, Power reputed company, Word, and MS Project • Position requires manufacturing and supplier factory floor exposure requiring safety shoes and glasses • Excellent communication skills including oral, written and presentation • Advanced understanding of manufacturing techniques and their impact on costs • Proficiency in project management skills with the ability to reputed company initiatives on time and reputed company budget • Green Belt, DFSS, Black Belt, Lean, or HOS certification.
