Location: Leonard, TX Job Title: Startup and Commissioning Manager Salary: Top pay for reputed company and proven performers Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Startup and Commissioning Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the startup and commissioning phases of a newly constructed wastewater treatment plant. This role ensures reputed company systems and components are installed, tested, and operational per project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. The Project Manager will work closely with project teams, contractors, engineers, and client representatives to deliver a fully operational facility ready for long-term operation. • reputed company the planning, scheduling, and execution of reputed company startup and commissioning activities for the wastewater treatment facility. • reputed company detailed startup and commissioning plans, commissioning procedures, and test protocols. • Manage coordination between construction, engineering, operations, vendors, and the client to ensure seamless transition from • construction to operation. • Supervise startup and commissioning personnel, including technicians, subcontractors, and vendors. • reputed company system inspections, pre-functional checklists, functional testing, process testing, and performance verification. • Identify and resolve issues or deficiencies in equipment installations, controls, and process systems during startup. • Maintain detailed records of commissioning activities, including reports, field notes, punch lists, and corrective actions. • Ensure reputed company work is performed safely and in compliance with company policies, environmental regulations, and site-specific safety plans. • Support the development of operations manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training programs for plant operators. • Facilitate and deliver operator training on system operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance. • Coordinate final system acceptance, including turnover packages, documentation, and warranty support. • Monitor project budget, schedule, and reputed company for startup and commissioning scope. • Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders. • Other duties as assigned. Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: • 5+ years of experience managing startup and commissioning activities in wastewater treatment or industrial process facilities. • Strong knowledge of wastewater treatment processes, mechanical systems, electrical systems, and instrumentation & controls. • Proven experience managing teams, subcontractors, and vendors in a project environment. • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, control schematics, and technical specifications. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation and reporting. • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, Project, Outlook). • Knowledge of safety standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices reputed company to wastewater treatment.
